We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Because our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within a few days.

PocketGarage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
