Return & Refund Policy – PocketGarage

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping and fulfillment, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• The item arrived damaged or broken

• The wrong item was received

• The item never arrived within 45 days from shipment

Customers must contact us at contact@pocketgaragely.com within 48 hours after receiving the item and provide photo or video proof of the issue.

We do not require the product to be shipped back unless specifically requested.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 45 days, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
